Non-Football Events

The form below is required for non-football events held at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium only.

Our dedicated Access Team assists any visitors with a disability, impairment, or access requirement.

Please note, we can only issue Personal Assistant (PA) tickets to those who have purchased a ticket through the Stadium, and within an accessible wheelchair or ambulant seat.

If you have purchased tickets in a nonaccessible area or via another ticket agent, and require a PA, then please speak to the ticket agent directly.

1. Submit supporting documents for an accessible seat

If you require accessible seating for your event, and have purchased through Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, please use the following form to submit supporting documents that will enable us to ensure any booking made is suitable for you. 

2. Apply for a Personal Assistant (PA) ticket

This form is only for attendees who have purchased through Tottenham Hotspur directly. If you have purchased via another ticket provider and require a Personal Assistant ticket, please contact your point of purchase.

To enable us to process your Personal Assistant (PA) ticket, you will be required to submit the following supporting documentation using this form.

  • Middle or Higher rate Disability Living Allowance (DLA)
  • Personal Independence Payment (PIP)
  • Attendance Allowance (AA)
  • Severe Disablement Allowance (SDA)
  • Certificate of visual impairment (CVI)
  • War Disablement Pension
  • A personal letter outlining your access requirements from your hospital specialist (dated within the last two months)
  • The Access Card (details available from www.accesscard.org.uk)
  • For residents outside of the UK, please provide equivalent documentation

If you cannot provide any of this information, please send us any supporting documents you do have, which we will assess on its own merits.

Once appropriate documentation has been received, we will confirm your request by email. You do not have to take any further action.

3. Accessible Parking

There are limited accessible parking spaces at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

If you have purchased a ticket in a dedicated accessible area, your confirmation email will include further information regarding how to book accessible parking.

Please note, parking is subject to availability and will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis and once booked, you must be able to present your Blue Badge when entering the car park on the night of your event.

4. Medical Exemption Certificate

Despite the Stadium’s prohibited item and bag policy, we understand that some attendees will need to bring bags or items that do not meet these requirements into the Stadium for medical reasons. In these instances, a medical exemption certificate will be required.

All attendees with an exemption certificate will still need to have their bags searched and tagged at a street-level dedicated accessible entrance before entering the Stadium. To request a certificate, please select "Medical Exemption Certificate" from the options and complete this form.

Accessible Seating

To ensure seats in accessible areas are available for those who need them most, we request those wishing to purchase dedicated seating provide supporting information, and some further details about their requirements. This allows us to ensure tickets are in an area suitable for you.
Personal Assistant (PA) Information 

It is important to understand that a Personal Assistant (PA) ticket is not a concessionary ticket but rather a reasonable adjustment made to enable an attendee with accessible requirements to more easily attend events at the Stadium and access the full range of services when they might otherwise find it unreasonably difficult or impossible to access. This is in line with current UK legislation as described in the Equality Act 2010.
In determining whether a PA may be required, we will take account of whether the time, inconvenience, effort, discomfort, anxiety or loss of dignity entailed in using our services would be considered unreasonable by other people if they had to endure similar difficulties.

Important Notes: 
The PA must sit with the attendee to assist them 
The PA must enter the stadium at the same time and entrance as the attendee
Whilst we accept that the PA may be another person with disabilities or a young person (under 16), we would advise all attendees to attend with a PA who is at least 18 years of age and fully capable of meeting their requirements (including lifting any equipment) 
 The PA must be capable of evacuating the attendee in the case of an emergency 

 Once we have reviewed and approved your application, a Personal Assistant ticket will be processed for you.
Medical Exemption Certificate Request

If you require a Medical Exemption Certificate, please attach supporting documentation, or further information, on the next page.  Medical Exemption Certificate requests can take 3 - 5 working days to process.  

We prioritise requests for the next upcoming event however at busy periods it may take longer.  

Once approved, we'll email you a pdf of a letter which you'll need to print and bring with you to the event.
BSL Interpreter

At some music events, there may be a BSL interpreter for audience members who have a hearing impairment.

The BSL interpreter will be in one area of the stadium, so any requests for this service will have their booking moved to the appropriate seating, subject to availability.
Attending with an assistance animal

Tottenham Hotspur Stadium welcomes assistance animals. If attending with an assistance animal, we will need to ensure the seating booked is appropriate for the wellbeing and safety of all guests.
