Kai Knight focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, with an emphasis on cybersecurity, data privacy, and white-collar litigation. Kai previously clerked for the Hon. William S. Greenberg, of the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims. While pursuing his J.D. at Georgetown, he interned for Senator John McCain and then-Congresswoman Kyrsten Sinema.
Kai is a former member of the U.S. Army, where he served as an interrogation detention squad leader and tactical human intelligence assistant team leader. During his time as a soldier, and later working as government contractor, Kai led intelligence and counter-terrorism operations in Iraq, conducted strategic interrogations in Guantanamo Bay, and performed in intelligence analysis in Afghanistan.
