Ski Resort Special Weeks

At Ski Portillo, there are special themed weeks and events during the entire ski season. Each year, we prepare special weeks that bring fun activities to the hotel that complement the ski experience, so guests can have a memorable vacation. Whether traveling with family, friends or on your own, there are numerous activities to entertain you, once you leave the slopes of this unique ski-in/ski-out resort in South America.

Wine Week

During Wine Week, we invite you to explore some of the finest wines from Chilean vineyards with daily tastings and special wine paired dinners. This is one of the most popular weeks of the season and therefore we recommend booking in advance. Wine week is all about enjoying yourself on and off the slopes, with a sophisticated après-ski experience. Each day a prestigious Chilean vineyard presents their wines with tastings led by their winemakers in a fun and dynamic way. Guests enjoy samplings of several different wines produced by one of Chile’s top wineries. July 26 - August 02

Activities and Events

At Portillo, we plan different activities and events so that you can enjoy your vacation whether traveling solo, in a couple, with your family or friends or to enjoy your time with new friends. If you want to plan a private dinner at Tio Bob’ or a cocktail reception in the bar, Portillo’s team can assist with arrangements to make your week even more special.

Services and Amenities at Ski Portillo

A Portillo vacation is all about enjoying yourself and having fun, free of worries. Ski-in/Ski-out resort access makes getting to the slopes easy, while Hotel services and amenities such as equipment rental, ski lessons, childcare, fitness facilities and spa services take care of the rest.
The ideal place to swim and chat with friends, surrounded by the magnificent Andes mountain range. Relax after a day of skiing in the heated pool (31/33º C), Jacuzzi (36/38º C) and Hot Tub
Motivate yourself to participate in Yoga classes (Friday to Wednesday 07:00 - 20:00 hrs.) and other group activities, such as dance classes. The room is located on the lower floor, on the way to the pool.
Every afternoon, Portillo shows various films for adults and children. The programming is available daily on the Entertainment team information panels.
A bar that offers drinks and snacks in a good atmosphere to dance and relax. Open from Sunday to Friday from 5:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 7:00 p.m. The Disco is located on the lower level of the hotel, just before the Fitness Center (-1).
A fitness center with different exercise machines, such as treadmills, ellipticals, stair climbers, bicycles, and weights. It is open every day from 8:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
A large gym with a wooden floor to play soccer, basketball or volleyball. It is open every day from 4:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., and sports tournaments are held among the guests every week.
