Adam is a former associate of several Am Law 50 firms where he practiced in the Private Equity, Mergers & Acquisitions group and the Banking & Finance group, respectively. While in law school, he interned for the Hon. Robert H. Cleland of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.
Prior to his legal career, Adam worked in the music industry and specialized in music licensing and royalty administration while working for the then-largest independent digital distributor of music in the country. He also worked in the YouTube music licensing group at Google.
