Lee County Consolidated Plan Needs Assessment Survey

Welcome

This survey consists of 15 questions and takes around 10 minutes to complete. No identifying information is collected and all survey responses are anonymous. The results of this survey will help determine funding priorities for the next five-year planning cycle (FY 2024-2028) for U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) grants. Lee County Human and Veteran Services is the administrative lead for HUD grants allocated to Lee County.
