| | "I've been very pleased with the response time and the care they take in the trust.” - J. Brown, Advocate |
| The survey was distributed to each beneficiary or their advocate, and CCT received an overwhelmingly positive response from over 300 participants. The results highlight the dedication of our professional, compassionate staff and our commitment to a client-centered approach.
Client feedback is invaluable to us, which is why we have conducted an annual Client Satisfaction Survey since 2002. While we deeply appreciate the consistently high ratings we receive, we place equal importance on feedback that identifies opportunities for improvement, helping us enhance the services we provide. |
