The Vegas Strong Fund, the nonprofit designated by the Clark County Commission to oversee the completion of a 1 October memorial, recently announced a three-year campaign to complete the Forever One Memorial. The memorial design concept reflects extensive community input, and will include a Tower of Light, 58 vertical candles representing the victims, and a community plaza.
