We met one-on-one with each client in order to give advice about his or her Small Claims Court case, from initiating or defending the claim all the way through trial.

    Tim and several colleagues from Shook, Hardy & Bacon participated in the 2015 Patently Impossible Project, an innovative charity race to assemble a patented invention. The proceeds benefitted the Dade Legal Aid Society.

    Tim Moore presented an interactive lesson to high school students at Northwestern Senior High as part of the Miami-Dade County Commission on Ethics and Public Trust’s “Ethical Governance Day.”

    According to the Ethics Commission, the lesson was part of a citywide effort “to engage our next generation of voters in a civic pep talk, focusing on the need for greater citizen participation in the democratic process.” Tim joined hundreds of volunteers in the area in that effort.
