“I had the privilege of Tim being my manager for over a year while working at Corium. Tim has a unique combination of industry expertise and hands-on execution. He has an extraordinary ability to navigate complex challenges while guiding teams toward innovative and compliant solutions. During our time working together, we were dedicated to fostering a positive and collaborative work environment that embedded compliance into all business initiatives. One of Tim’s standout qualities is his commitment to employee development. Tim actively encourages professional growth, providing guidance and opportunities for team members to expand their skills. Tim played a pivotal role in my own career development, offering mentorship that significantly contributed to my successful work within the company and beyond. Additionally, Tim has an excellent grasp of industry trends and is always forward-thinking in his approach to compliance. For example, he worked with IT to create homegrown HCP spend dashboards. His ability to anticipate legal and compliance challenges and proactively address them benefits business teams and the company as a whole. . I wholeheartedly recommend Tim to any organization seeking a dynamic, creative and solution-driven leader. It was a pleasure working under Tim’s guidance, and I am confident that he will continue to drive success in any future endeavors. Please feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions or if I can provide further information.”
