Madeline is a corporate transactional attorney focusing on finance, tax credit finance, commercial real estate, and U.S. federal and state tax matters. Maddie supports the firm’s partners through research, due diligence, contract review, and negotiation associated with real estate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and the taxability of various business transactions.
Prior to joining PSH, Maddie gained exposure in legal matters pertaining to mergers and acquisitions, tax, and real estate. Previously, Maddie was a member of the legal team at a large accounting firm, where she assessed the taxability of mergers and acquisitions on behalf of corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies. Maddie also interned at a Massachusetts real estate law firm, where she was involved in facilitating closings, advising on property disputes, and real estate litigation. Additionally, during law school, she interned for the IRS in the Large Business and International Division while pursuing a tax concentration.
