Pop ups and crash. For the love of sanity, get rid of the pop ups. I exited out of "anime after dark" CONSTANTLY. Every time you open the app and even when you change to a new location the app. Knock it off.

I give them NO STARS. Be sure you want to go. They don't refund if your celebrity isn't going to be there even if they tell you that after the refund deadline. They steal your money. Don't buy in advance. They will steal your money. Better to pay a little more and be sure your celebrity is in attendance. I will never use this fan Expo site to reserve anything. The autograph website does refund money, so they are trustworthy but NOT THIS PLACE. BEWARE.
