Yesterday morning, we hosted a powerful TOP Community breakfast to inspire the next generation of leaders from ethnic-minority backgrounds working in the headquarters of our brand partners! Our expert leadership panel included Burberry's Chief People Officer, Alexandra McCauley, JOSEPH's Chief Financial Officer, Danny Brown, Mulberry England's Chief Operating Officer, Dharmini Chauhan and McKinsey & Company's Global Director of Senior Talent Attraction, Roselyn Cason-Marcus, who shared invaluable guidance on the resilience, steps and approach needed to make it to C-Suite.
