Who We Are

The mission of 1N5 is to prevent suicide by erasing the stigma of mental illness and promoting optimal mental wellness.

1N5 provides education designed to build mental health literacy, increase knowledge of mental health resources, and normalize conversations about mental health in three primary spaces: schools, communities, and workplaces. Our programming is data-driven, evidence-informed, upstream, and strength-based, moving us closer to our vision of a world without suicide and a community of people with optimal mental health.

With 1 in 5 people living with a mental health condition, and as many as 1 in 3 youth, it is important now more than ever to normalize talking about mental health and prioritize mental wellness. Join 1N5 to help us START the conversation; together we can make a positive difference and STOP the stigma surrounding mental health issues. Let’s talk!

Building Blocks for Health and Wellness

It is the small pieces that make the big picture.

It takes many pieces to make a whole picture.  The same goes for you! Each of these building blocks represent aspects of your health and wellness.  If you routinely focus on each of these pieces, you can grow to become the best version of yourself.

Monthly, we will focus on a health and wellness building block to educate and provide information on how to better integrate in your daily life.
