Registration includes access to video recordings of all annual meeting sessions: learn at your own pace with the option to earn CME/MOC/CE credits through August 31, 2024.

Discounted Registration Rates for International Attendees
Licensed physicians, nurses, pharmacists, social workers, physician assistants, and other healthcare professionals residing outside the U.S. in countries classified as high, middle or low-income by The World Bank are eligible for discounted registration rates.
Members
To qualify for the member rate, your membership must be valid through the 2024 Annual Meeting dates. If your membership will expire prior to 5/31/2024, or you are not yet a member of AGS, you will be required to join or renew as you register.

Non-Members
If you would like to join the AGS, follow the registration link, then select the "I will join AGS now as a new member" response on the registration form.
Method of Payment
You must register using the online registration form here. All registrations must be completed online with a credit card (VISA, MasterCard or American Express). AGS will not be able to accept payment by check or fax.
Cancellation/ Refund Policy
Cancellation of registrations must be received in writing no later than Friday, April 19, 2024. No refunds will be issued after Friday, April 19, 2024 for cancellations or no-shows. Substitutions are permitted if requested in writing. Please send cancellation or substitution requests by email to AGS@showcare.com or by fax to 1-514-289-9844. Refunds will be issued no sooner than 45 days following the meeting and are subject to the following processing fees:
On or before February 29, 2024: $50 processing fee
March 1 - April 19, 2024: $250 processing fee
After April 19, 2024: No refunds will be issued
