As you know, the Industrial Inquiry Commission (IIC) has been underway since the beginning of the year. Commissioner William Kaplan held hearings with Canada Post and the Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW) in January and February. A third hearing had been scheduled for March but is not required.
